V3 Sure Signal not working after several resyncs, a BT technical services bill hours of my life

Help

I have had  Sure Signal for a few months and it has been great.  I needed a resync after a failure a couple of weeks ago and it worked fine.

Until Sunday.

I am being pushed from pillar to post.  I have a red flashing light .  The inservice light is not working.  The signal light and the mobile light are solid orange.  I had a resync with customer services 2 days ago, an online chat yerterday.  Another call and another resync.  Vodafone advised I call my supplier to enable ports which was its own nightmare and cost £30 from the BT technical support team (another 4 calls)

The ports were opened yesterday and this has clearly not been the issue.  Surely someone must have a clue what is happening before they advise us to incur charges.

I have changed the ethernet cable, moved the router over a meter apart, another reset ( I read all the forum threads) it is still not working.  The lights are the same.  4 days without a mobile and many hours of life lost.

I have been advised today that I needed to test it at a neighbours - having recently moved I am not inclined to impose.  Apparently they can see that my system is not connecting to the internet and hasnt been for several days.   I am wondering why they didnt tell me this before instead of the reset, resync and wait 6 hours handout which gets the customer service agent off the hook.  At least the last one had the bottle to tell me that.

Putting things in perspective it is really just a nuisance.  However I may not have any hair left as this nuisance is causing me to tear it out!!!!

I am a BT customer NOT Plusnet

Do I  have to begin the laborious task of complaints procedure to actually get a resolution?
