Hi,
Our suresignal version 3 stopped working this morning. I followed the instructions to reset. First I had a solid red and a flashing white internet light. Now, after 3 hours, I have a flashing red signal, an orange internet light and orange telephone light (the far right one). What is the correct lighting sequence for a successful reboot and how long should it take as I have had no signal all day on my phone and I'm trying to work from home.

I've also read that unplugging for a couple of hours can help.

Ok.
In the first link is an 'Issue Not Listed' option where you can use a template to run a traceroute and post your findings here for a member of the Tech Team to look it over.
And or call Customer service on 191 or use Live Chat for them to take a look for you.
