V3 Vodafone Sure Signal stopped working

ok, i have tried everything i've seen in other posts to get my V3 Sure Signal to connect. I have been on chat with the Technical team too many times to count and still, my 3 registered devices aren't connecting.

 

The Ethernet is connected properly and illuminated.

 

The data exchange light is blinking.

 

On the VSS i have three lights.

 

First - static red

Second - static white

Third - Static white

Fourth - nothing

 

It's been synchronised at VF's end.

I've reset everything my side as well.

 

And still my phones are bricks because i have no phone service whatsoever.

 

Any ideas?

There was a recent announcement in the form about Sure Signal and the Bt Home hub. 

 

Announcements/Sure-Signal.

 

This reported that the issue was resolved. 

 

I have read that unplugging the sure signal for a short while can help.

Thanks for the advice. I've unplugged and reset a few times now. Last time was last night and still no joy.

No blocking rules on the BT Infinity Router.

 

Ran PathPing to 212.183.133.181 & 182 no response from either destination IP Address as per screenshot

 

Any other ideas what i can try?

In the Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting Guide there is an option named ' Issue Not Listed ' where a Traceroute can be run and the results posted back here. This may help the Vodafone Tech Team Determine what's wrong.

Help!!! my VSS V3 hasn't been working properly for the last few days. 

 

I have three phones registered and none are connecting to the sure signal. I have spent countless hours online with the technical team. 

 

It started to work for a few hours yesterday and has now stopped again.

@claudine83Our Tech team have remotely reset your Sure Signal box. Please leave for 6 hours before turning all the phone connected to the Sure Signal off and back on again.
