VSS 1 no longer working

Hi,

 

My VSS 1 has been working fine for several years but about 3 months ago we lost the 3G signal on our phones. Lights 1, 2 and 4 are on but light 3 is always off. We've had no changes to our internet setup.

 

Serials of Sure Signal is 21196803056

 

Also unable to add new users via my suresignal portal.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I’ve noticed it’s on our old firmware version and requested this to be pushed through.

 

Please leave your Sure Signal switched on and don’t reset it for at least 24 hours.
