VSS 3 on Virgin Cable

Hi There
I recently bought the VSS 3 and was looking forward to setting this up however this has not really happened. When booting up the internet connection flashes white and then this drops and I currently have flashing power light and two amber lights in service & in use.
 
I have the following info

If it is one of the superhub routers could you go into the config pages and navigate to Advanced -> Security -> Firewall

 

There should be some tickboxes for VPN Passthrough. Can you enable PPTP and IPSEC and save the configuration

 

Reset the suresignal again and see if it is any happier.

Thanks very much for the advice, I have the Virgin Hub Mk 2 and after following the advice and resetting this its working perfectly! Thanks again.
