VSS£ No lights

Hi

i have a vodafone sure signal v3 and it has no lights at all. have tried to reset but it is dead.

What do i need to do?

are they covered under warrantly?

Hi there

 

It should be covered under warranty - how long ago did you get it?

 

It sounds like you are going to need to send the device off for repair.  You can arrange this by calling 191 or by popping into a Vodafone Store with the device.

have run tracert and got this result.  VSS3 seems completely dead

If there are no lights at all, please check all connections and test a different Ethernet cable.

 

If it’s still the same and you’ve had it for less than 12 months, please take it to one of our Vodafone stores so we can send it for repair.

i am not sure how old the device is. are you able to check whether it is under warranty?
