VSS Stopped Connecting

Hello, my Sure Signal v3 recently stopped working

 

None of the registered phones connect to the VSS

Red Light - Solid - Next 2 Lights White Solid - 3rd Light - Never Comes on

 

All help appreciated...

And your phone is definitely set for 3G? 

 

I have had issues recently, and to fix I changed to 3G on mobile (rebooted phone for luck) and then it registered successfully. After that I could change back to 4G as normal.

 

I had to do this on the iPhone and on the Android

Yes, have switch iPhone Mobile Data settings to 2G, 3G and 4G, switched phone off several times and stil will not connect to VSS v3.
