Hi

Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

Thanks,

Wayne

Hi, so i plugged in the AC adaptor of our V1 into the AC socket of the V3 and then connected the LAN cable from the V1 into the PC connection on the V3 and within minutes the V1 was working ok. I guess the V3 has failed?

Regards,

Paul

@wilkopaul

It sounds like it unfortunately.

Just to make sure though, it might be worth completely deregistering the V3 and re-registering.

Let me know how you get on.

Hi again, so I bought another v3 which solved the issue, problem must have been faulty v3 not transmitting 3G signal. However now, just over a year later, both our v1 and v3 have stopped working. The v3 shows no 3G signal but other lights on as expected and the v1 doesn't connect, first light on second and light will flash and then light and the fourth light flashes for a while and then the unit resets and repeats the same. Is it possible that both units now faulty?

Regards.

Paul

Problem with the v1 is now solved, changed the power supply which was a suggestion in another thread and now working ok. However v3 still indicates no 3G signal. As this is the second v3 that has developed what seems to be the same fault is there an issue with these or have I just been unlucky? Don't really feel like shelling out more money on yet another.

Paul

whats the serial number of the V3?
