Hi

For last 3 to 4 days the VSS version 1 has been running with lights 1,2 and 4 solid but not longer picks up my phone.

S/N of VSS is 21197144922.

Can you try a resync, push out new firmware (from another post) or investigate why the phone will no longer connect

Regards

Lee

Hi LeeH1972

I have checked your Sure Signal and can see that it is running an older version of software.

To update this, please perform a factory reset as follows:

For versions 1 and 2:

-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid

-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in

-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead

-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.

Please can you let me know if you see any change.

DaveCD

No joy I am afraid.  Can you not push the firmware from your side?

Hi Dave

Can you the same for mine please 🙂 Tried to reset three times today as per your process and it has lights 1,2 ad 4 lit but no phone signal at all. I rely upon the SS to get some work done (not FB etc) and it is becoming a major pain.
