VSS and Sky Hub 102

Hi - having trouble getting my VSS v3 and Sky Hub 102 setup to work. I have followed the port forwarding advice shown elsewhere on this forum but no joy getting the VSS to connect. Can you confirm my IP is whitelisted and the device registered correctly.

Just got my sure signal box, attached it to sky router .... and was meant to take between '30-60 seconds' for the connection to establish, but no luck!

i logged into my account to make sure I activated it right, then tried the turn it off & on trick ... then the reset button ... still no luck, so I plugged it in & went for a walk with my family .... several hours later I got home & it was working!!! 

 

I have now now moved it several times & it takes 30-60 seconds to connect!

 

it could be the same problem I had .... establishing a first connection is VERY slow.

As if by magic it started working today. Too much of a coincidence for me that this only worked after posting the details that were requested to the forum, cynical me suspects somebody somewhere has to press a button and pull a lever... which they have now done. Anyways, happy customer, it now does what it says on the tin and I can finally make phone calls from within this house/Faraday cage I live!
