VSS resync required after sim change.

Hi, 

Pease can you resynced VSS serial number: 

40122933639 ?

I've swapped to a nano sim and new phone. I've waited 2 hours, transfered ownership, removed the phone number and added the phone number and performed a hard reset.  Other users are connected and using the VSS.
