I have two sure signals. Until recently both have worked fine. Now my newest one Serial No 40131004158 has stopped working. I have a solid red power light, and an intermittent flashing white internet light. Because my other one is working i havent done all the traver stuff. I think maybe you need to reset it?
Thanks

Hi Kengr1
It's always worth checking those details as if the stats seem a little borderline, the issue could be down to running two Sure Signals together - one may not be getting a large enough bandwidth share.
That doesn't look like the problem here. The information you've provided seems fine so you should have enough to spare unless you're

I've done a resync of your Sure Signal. Reset the box to pick this up and let us know if this helps.
