I have had my VSSv2 working for over TWO years, suddenly it has stopped working.
All I get the the flashing power light.
I have NOT changed my router, modem or ISP. I am with BT on infinity and using the BT 2-wire router
I have followed instructions on other posts viz.
1. Re-set the VSS
2. Changed the post code and changed it back again
3. Switched the modem, router and VSS off, and powered up again, waiting for the router to go online before powering up the VSS
4. Switched off the VSS for a couple of hours and restarted.
I have speeds of 34.47Mbps and 8.4Mbps
The serial number is 40120520271.
The VSS has a static IP and my internet IP is also static.
I can ping the VSS on the known static IP address
I have attached tracert and pingpath info
Please help, I am in the GU35 area where we have constant problems with the mast, infact many people in this area have had no signal from Vodaphone for over a month now So I need VSS to work if I am to remain a vodafone customer.

If you notice anything happen again, feel free to post back here so we have your details ready to check.
Cheers, Ben
