After reading many posts/threads I think my VSS needs to be resync'd at Vodafone's end, is this correct? I have viewed the troubleshooting guide but my symptom is NOT described in the list of defects.

Hi, I think i may have a similar issue to the previous poster. My wife upgraded to an iphone 6 this week and the VSS started messing up at the same time i think.

Please advise.

Hi nickwinger74,

Please reset the Sure Signal and let us know if the issue still persists.  Please also confirm who your internet service provider is.

* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour

Thanks,

Sukhi
