@killerwhat I can see from our system that your Sure Signal has recently made contact with us, therefore meaning it's attempted to make a connection.

Your upload speed from your results doesn't meet the minimium requirements for the Sure Signal to work (1Mbps upload), therefore it may be struggling to obtain bandwidth.

Are you able to test the Sure Signal in a different location to see if it works?

Thank you so much for responding, it's good to know the device is working.

It is currently located right next to the router on a short cable. If I move it how will that help? Is our upload speed down to our isp, Sky, or our phone line?

@killerwhat

The uploads speeds are down to your ISP, so if you've got other devices in the house that are also using the same broadband connection the Sure Signal may struggle to connect.

It may be worth trying the Sure Signal at a friends or familes house to see if it will connect using a different broadband connection.

Thanks for your response.

On the off chance because a few people had mentioned it I tried a new power supply........bingo, all working fine now !!!!

well I'll be.....
