VSS1 No signal for 2 months

I have made a few phone calls to get my box re-synced but this hasnt worked for me like it has done in the past when iv lost signal. I have also tonight re-connected the box tonight after de-registering the box and re-installing it to see if this would work but still no joy. After reading one of the posts i think my box needs a firmware update to solve the problem. The serial number is 21197153535.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
