Hi Tech Team,

I had to swap over my I Phone 5 after the original one died on me.  The old one used to work fine and my wifes Samsung works fine but my signal is still very poor.  I have done the reset advice in the forum but the VSS1 still isnt picking up my replacement I Phone.  Can you please help.

Cheers Jim

Hi JimVee,

Thanks for the information; your IP address is on our whitelist and the line speed looks fine.

Your Sure Signal connected to our servers yesterday at 21:18, are you still unable to get a signal? I’ve also resynced your Sure Signal again to make sure it’s as up to date as possible. To make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour

Let me know how you go on.

Thanks

Andrew
