VSS1 strange set of lights

I have a VSS1 which has wokred well for quite a while but has been off for a while.  When I switch on I get the following lights (after a while):

Light 1 - off

Light 2  - flash

Light 3  - flash

Light 4 - off

The sequence is 2 & 3 on, 2 only then 3 only then repeat.

I have checked the 12V supply under load and it is OK.  I have done a reset by holding down the reset button and cycling the power until all the LED's light etc.

My serial number is 21196751560

Thank you.   I have spoken to Vodafone who asure me that the Sure Signal is still registered and can operational.

When you spoke with Vodafone did they manage to provide any help in regards to your issue ?

Not really they said based on the age I should by a new one but there was no attempt at diagnostics.

Maybe use the Troubleshooting Guide and post the results of your trace. 

Its possible then that one of the Vodafone Tech Teams will be able to look over it.

Here is the story so far:

I have a VSS1 which has worked well for quite a while but has been off for a while.  When I switch on I get the following lights (after a while):

Later I got only light two flashing

I have checked the 12V supply under load and it is OK.  I have done a reset by holding down the reset button and cycling the power until all the LED's light etc.

I have confirmed with Vodafone that my VSS, serial number 21196751560, is still registered.

Here is the results from my tests:

Ping: 44ms, jitter 3ms

Speed: 5.19Mbs/0.70Mbs.

External IP 109.170.222.151.

Router ports open as required - as worked previously.

Any suggestions please?

@Stephen303 - Looking at the results, I'd try a new power supply.

I'd also ask your ISP if there has been a drop in your connection as your download and upload speeds are quite low.
