Hi there,
My VSS 3 is 18 months old. It's stopped working, there are no lights on at all (other than the yellow/green ethernet lights), and it's not hot to the touch like it used to be. I've tried several factory resets with no help. My router (BT Homehub 3) is working fine.
Looking at previous threads with this problem I think the Suresignal has died.

Hi @bennyartois
If the Ethernet post is flashing this could mean that the Vodafone Sure Signal is no longer working.
You can try plugging it in a different socket, it does sound like there’s a fault in the device.
