Hi,

 

You reset my VSS3 a couple of months ago, unfortunately it stopped working again and it looks like the same problem.  Could you please reset it again for me?  

 

The serial is: 40124216397

Hi neilmw1, 

 

I've resynced it for you. Please perform a reset to make sure this completes. 

 

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
