VSS3 not working with Virgin Superhub 2

Hi,

I cannot get the VSS3 to work. I checked the registration and all seems to be correct.

I have reserved the IP address as suggested (below)

I opened the Ports as suggested in earlier posts, (again, below)

but still have a flashing Red light and two steady Amber lights - the internet and phone lights

Any suggestions please?

Thanks

Paul

Hi paultollard,

Can you check to make sure the IPsec passthrough is active? You can speak to your Internet Server Provider for this.

The pings in your traceroute are too high (over 200) and it never reaches our servers so there is something wrong here.

Can you also let us know your Sure Signal serial number?

Let us know what your ISP says and we'll take it from there.

Thanks,

Kay

Thanks Kay,

IPsec sorted the issue. I needed to enable it on the router.

My Pings were because I mistakenly pinged my internal IP reserved address, not the vodafone Servers (duh!)

All is working perfectly now.
