VSS3 stopped working following update to iOS7

Hi,

 

Serial number: 40132104254

 

VSS version 3 stopped working following an upgrade of our phones to iOS 7.0.2. The unit shows the red power light + (1st) Internet light + (2nd) In Service light, but the (3rd) In Use light doesn't light up when making a call and simply uses what little signal we've got available from the local mast.

 

Could you please perform a resync and I'll perform a factory reset thereafter to see whether that fixes the issue?

Hi swilsher,

 

I’ve re-synced this for you today, please try a reset and let us know if the problem continues.

 

On a side note, is it only the iPhone that’s having trouble?

 

Does the phone pick up 3G signal ok when away form the Sure Signal in places where you used to pick up 3G?

I am having the same problem after upgrading to IOS 7.0 using an iPhone 4S and with a SureSignal 1 box. All of the lights are on apart from the in use light. The box has been re-synced and my phone gets a 3G signal when I am in a good area.

 

In my Home I used to get a perfect signal but now I cannot use the IPhone.
