VSS3 suddenly stopped on Bt fibre on 9 Oct

I've has sure signal runnign fine for 2 years on standard BT very slow broadband, then fine on slow with fixed IP.

I then upgraded to BT fibre with a fixed IP about 3 months ago on a HH3. After a couple of days of the usual screaming and throwing stuff around my office (the only way to get sure signal to work in the past) the sure signal came back online after theupgrade and has worked again fine all that time. Unitl about 9th Oct when for no reason at all it's lost internet connection and Vodfaone can't see it connecting at all after that..after the white flash boot up it just goes flashing red and two solid amber lights permanently. It aoutomatically keeps trying to reset itself with a power reboot every ten minute or so just to do the same thing and same light sequence. It's not connected to the network once in this time.

I've changed nothing on my ports or network so I know it's not internal. BT blame Vodoafone and Vodofone blame BT for doing something. Any ideas? I'm pulling my hair out as missing tons of work calls as not a drop of signal where I live.
