Ver 1 Sure Signal box stopped working

My Ver 1 Sure Signal box has stopped working. I have noticed a few people stating this and then posting some info so here is the info usually requested. The box appears to be working with all the correct lights. It is just my phone is not connecting even though it has been registered for a while now. It was working fine up until the last day or so.

Your serial number shows that a location change has been detected.

 

I’ve updated the system to remove this message.

 

Also, your Sure Signal is running an older version of firmware.

 

I’ve requested that the latest version be pushed out to you.

 

This process can take up to 24 hours so, during that time, don’t unplug or reset your device.

Thanks Andy. I haven't moved location so not sure why that happened. I will monitor it and see if it starts working again tomorrow.

I too had this problem and have no idea why. As my SS1 was quite old I went and purchased a new Sure Signal box and this will not register with error message saying " sorry something went wrong. Our techies....."
