Hi CH211014,

 

I think a bit more info on your setup is required.

 

From the look of your output, I am not sure if it is hitting the correct last hop before the ping traffic is blocked... it could be a red herring, but most end up at 85.205.0.86.

 

Also what kind of environment are you connecting it to, you look to have at least 5 'internal' routers before the traffic gets out into the public IP domain, is there any way of getting it closer to the outside world to rule out any router configuration conflicts with the traffic.

 

Also maybe another mis-direction, but the 1st public hop that you do get is registered as an American ISP, and that will always struggle to connect to a UK only service.
