Vodafone, Fraud- Ilegal practices by vodafone

Hello fellow vodafone customers.

 

I feel it is my right to highlight this issue to all fellow customers.

 

 

If you have a sure signal that has not been used for a while, vodafone will block this for future use, and force you to buy a new device, at your own cost.

 

I have had this issue, contacted vodafone to be told, sorry you have not used it for a while so we deactivated it and you will need to buy another.

 

I think they forget you are the customer!

 

If anyone else has had this issue please let it be know!

As expected another reply from Vodafone forcing the point that a new unit requires to be bought when my original I bought is in full Woking order, forcing more money from a loyal customer of over 8 yrs, having spent out £3000 with the company they chose to defraud you out of a cheap device!

I LOVE THE WAY THAT CUSTOMERS GET FOBBED OFF TO THIS PAGE WHEN WE CRITISE VODAFONE, THERE ARE 5 PHONES IN MY PROPERTY THAT HAVE VODAFONE AND I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY BUT AFTER ALL THE PROBLEMS IM EXPERIENCING AT THE MOMENT IM SERIOUSLY THINKING OF LEAVING VODAFONE COS NEVER GET ANY HELP FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
