Vodafone Sure Signal 2 not detected by iphone 3 (BT broadband)

Hi,

I bought a "Vodafone Sure Signal V2" but, although I have registered it (and it appears in my online account as if it was providing signal properly) it has not worked yet as my iphone 3 does not get any signal at all.

Although I have restarted all the equipment (Vodafone Sure signal, BT modem and Iphone) many times, nothing has happened.

Is there anything special I have to do to make it work? I had some support in a Vodafone chat that suggested me to restart my iphone at leat 3 times but that didn't work either....

I would kindly appreciate if i could get some support as I don't get any signal at all, and it is quite frustrating as I am in a monthly pay contract with a mobile I can't barely use...

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

All the information you've provided looks fine.

 

I've resynched the Sure Signal to clear any faults in the background and also reset the location changes that I've seen.

 

Please advise us of the lights you're seeing on the Sure Signal.

Hi Dave,

The lights that are on are the red power and the system-white (the one next to the red).

And my mobile now has got full signal!
