Hi There,
I am trying to setup a sure signal (in fact we have more that one to test and cant any to work - trying them one at a time). The device sets up as standard, and we can make outgoing calls fine with the correct light sequences. The problem is that it does not allow the connection of calls coming in to any of the registered devices.
The serial number is 40141028866
We have tried resetting the device to factory settings but it makes no difference. Our postcode is W1K 3HZ, in cenral london so not sure why we would be having problems.
My speed test result is here: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3642970581

The trace route results are below. I am grateful for any help
Thanks,
Rob

You need to make sure the MTU settings are the same in both your router and the SS (SS requires 1500), and that the router uses PPPoA as the network protocol. If you are on BT Infinity, like me, you will not be able to do that.

Hi RobBradburn,
Welcome to the eForum.
I can see your Sure Signal connected to our servers last night at 9:50pm. Has the advice given by @HalHovland helped or did the connection sort itself out on its own?
Cheers,
Ben
