Can anyone help with getting my new phone connected to my sure signal.

Many thanks

Hi Sukhi

Thank you for your reply. My previous 3G HTC phone worked fine, the sure signal has stopped connecting since i have had my new 4G HTC phone. I have spoken to Virgin Media and Vodafone and dispite numerous attempts to fix the issues, nothing has been resolved. I am the registered owner for the sure signal and the correct number is applied.

I hope you can help with the information i have provided below.

Hi @Pokey

Everything you’ve posted looks fine and your Sure Signal’s showing as last connecting to our servers yesterday.

Can other numbers connect to the Sure Signal when registered?

If so, please try changing ownership to another number, deregister your number and leave this for 24 hours.  Then change this back and re-register it against your number.

Thanks,

Jenny

Hi Jenny

I do not have any one else who has a vodafone mobile i can connect to my sure signal.

My phone is still not connected to my sure signal. i still only have lights 1,2 and 4 lit up.

Any further advise would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi @Pokey,

Please deregister the Sure Signal completely, leave it for 6 hours and then re-register it.

This should help pick up the change of phone/SIM card and the phone will then pick up signal.

Thanks,

Matt B

Hi Matt B

Thank you for your response.

I followed your instructing re de-registering the sure signal for 6 hours and re-registering the sure signal. Sadly this has not resolved the issue. My phone still does not connect to my sure signal device. I still only have lights 1, 2 and 4 lit up.

Any further help would be appreciated.

Regards

Pokey

Hi @Pokey

I’ve had a new policy sent to the Vodafone Sure Signal.

Once the light sequence foes back to first light solid, second light flashing and fourth light, perform a hard reset on the device.

This will normally take 24 hours.

Cheers,

Laura

Hi Laura

Thank you for your assistance.

I tried a hard reset and still my phone will not connect to my sure signal device.

Any further help would be appreciated.

Thanks
