Hi there

Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue.  It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the problem you are experiencing and also details what you need to do should the Troubleshooting not help.

PWIAC

Yes. Full aware of all that. Does not work.

Then you will need to post the required template and information back here so that the eForum Team have something to work with.  Do remember that it can take about 6 hours or more for a SureSignal to reregister with Vodafone, so it may reconnect overnight

PWIAC

Will wait to see if it reconnects overnight,

I am aware of that but that issue was resolved a few days ago so more than likely doesn't apply to you, especially as the issue only manifested itself this morning.

Do please post the template and your troubleshooting results back here so that a member of the eForum Team can assist you further.

Have the same issue here with my SS3. Been like this for a few days now and resets make no difference.

My SS3 after yet another reset came good by Monday morning.

Shame I can't say the same about mine. With the SS3 I'm not even convinced it has actually done a full reset anyway - the reset button doesn't seem to do a lot whether you hold it for five seconds, ten or fifteen. At least with my old V1 it was pretty clear how to reset it, and you could see from the light pattern that it had indeed reset.
