Vodafone Sure Signal V3 wont connect with BT infinity (Business) HH5

I have been trying to get SS to work with BT infinity (Business)

I have a static external IP

I have set up port forwarding on the Home Hub 5 according to BT's instructions

 

What light sequence you're seeing:
Flashing Red LED, no 2nd, 3rd and 4th both solid amber

It won't work with a BT Business Hub. You'll need to try it with a different router if you can.

Hi Thanks for the reply. 

 

Sorry, but I beg to differ.. there are other users in my buisness who are currently using a SS with HH5 and BT infinity and have no problems. 

 

The only difference for me is I have a BT buisness account with a static external IP?

 

Unfortunatly, I dont have access to another router

and I too have a HH5 and Infinity and a Sure Signal but I said a Business HH not a domestic one.

 

That doesn't work with an SS.
