Vodafone Sure Signal Version 2 not working

I have a Vodafone Sure Signal Version 2 in my house, it has been working fine until the past couple of days. We have 4 mobile phones connected to it. We can all connect to the sure signal we can all make calls and send texts, but none of us can receive any calls or texts while connected to the sure signal. We have tried resetting the box, we have also reset our router and modem and it has not helped. Any help on fixing this problem would be great. Thanks.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
