My normally rock solid Sure Signal V2 disconnected this evening, hard reset done both from my end and from vf's side yet no connection...just get solid power light. Tried a V3 as well (after registering it) again same issue...just orange lights. Anyone else have issues this evening?

Hi

Yes... also stopped working for me.  Maybe there's an issue with the servers.  Although I must say my SS has NEVER been reliable... usually have to restart around every other day... but yesterday/today (it's now 5am!) is just not working even with restarts and factory resets.

Thanks, looks like a problem at Vodafone's end. I know its the weekend, but if someone from Vodafone is reading this could you please investigate? I called the VF suresignal technical team but they were as useful as a chocolate teapot!

Issues in BN3 area - seems to be hitting VF servers but then into a black hole.

Ahhh yes I'm in BN3. It seems to initially connect (from white flashing globe) but then go straight into fixed yellow network and mobile icons. Urgh. It's now getting VERY annoying.

I've seen there are some local network issues (Olive rd masts my guess) - the VSS connects upto 3 access points so it can triangulate it's possition for emergency calls which might be something to do with it.

Same lights here, flashing red and two solid lights.

down in the london W5 are as well sinch yesterday evening

I'm in Inverness IV2, so looks like Sure Signal servers are down affecting everybody from Inverness to Brighton  Come on Vodafone sort this out, your Sure Signal technical support via phone support answer my simple question: "are your servers down?" by saying i should reset and reset and reset and reset and reset my Sure signal LOL

Same problem in NP10 South Wales. Flashing red and two amber - been down for six hours now. Is this a vodafone server problem????? Help

Same here in Northants, usually have to reset or re power every day but nothing is working now. Just flashing red and 2 solid orange since yesterday or possible before. If it is a network problem it needs to be sorted fast.
