Vodafone Sure Signal suddenly stopped working

Hi,

 

I've viewed the SS trouble shooting page but it hasn't helped.

 

I've also tried powering down my router and SS and waiting.  Powering up my router, then the SS and leaving it overnight but i still can't get a 3G signal on either of the registered phones even when sat next to the SS.

 

The red power light is continuously on, the Internet light is white and continuous as is the In Service light.  When placing a call next to the SS with a registered mobile the In Use light never comes on.

 

PLEASE HELP!

I've check all the information you've provided on our end and everything seems fine. 

 

Please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.

 

We'll then be able to determine if the problems are specific to your location and router or with the Sure Signal itself.

Thanks for the response. Something in a combination of restarting everything, resetting the device and de/re-registering has solved my issue.
