Hi There,

I have a Vodafone Sure Signal v2 that seems to be stuck with a steady power light and flashing system light. The light has been flashing for over 2 hours and will not stop. The phone light is off. Could you please advise if I have a faulty device?

Thanks for your help in advance!

The problem I'm having is that the POWER LIGHT IS ON, and the SYSTEM LIGHT IS FLASHING  for more than 2 hours? I've tried setting this up before but never got it working, but I'm now looking for a new pesonal phone If I can get this working for my business phone I will be taking out a vodafone contract for my personal phone. If I cant get this working, then I will have to remain with Orange which is the only reasonable signal I can get.

Still flashing, is the unit faulty?

Still not working, system light still flashing. Been like this for more than 20 hours now.

Hi glrawson

Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with this.

Can you open command prompt on any computer connected to the same router as the VSS. (Start / Run / CMD on XP e.g.)

In command prompt type tracert 212.183.133.177    press Enter

Then post the results here

Thanks

Wayne
