Vodafone Sure Signal v2 (steady power, flashing system lights)

Hi There,

 

I have a Vodafone Sure Signal v2 that seems to be stuck with a steady power light and flashing system light. The light has been flashing for over 2 hours and will not stop. The phone light is off. Could you please advise if I have a faulty device?

Thanks for your help. Apologies but there was a typo in my serial number and it should be 40113113472.

Thanks Dave. I'm still having the same problems so I'll follow your instructions.

I tested my Sure Signal at another house and after configuring the router it was working within 30 minutes. I then took it home and plugged it into my router again and without changing anything it was working within about 10 minutes. Glad it's all working now!

My box is again flashing its system light and its power light is constantly on,

 

Been doing this for at least 24hrs now

 

Any advice please

 

Also when the box says it is working, when I call the misses (who is in the house) I keep getting a recorded voice saying 'the number you have dialled is currently not available'  yet her phone is on.  I have to keep redialling until it gives up and lets me through.  Her phone is also attached to the SS2 box.

Still flashing this morning

Once again this morning, steady power light, still flashing system light.
