Vodafone Suresignal V3

Hi,

 

I have has a suresignal V3 for several months and it has been working just great, full 3G signal on all three handsets. However, about a week ago, it stopped working, The solid red power light is on, the internet light flashes (First White Light) but thats it. Now i am back down to one or no bars on all three handsets. I have tried pressing the reset button, unplugging it, turning the modem off for a while before starting it up again. Nothing seems to work, its very frustrating seeing as i know it can and has worked great in the past.

 

Any ideas?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
