Just unplugged and rebooted again to get the serial number and the issue is the same. Any help appreciated.

Thanks!

@marwoot11 Please replace your Ethernet cable, as there could potentially be a connection issue with the router and your Sure Signal itself.

Once the Ethernet cable has been replaced, please reboot your router and reset your Sure Signal.

Let us know if this helps resolve your issue.

@marwoot11 Thanks for sending over your details.

I've resynced your Sure Signal, to refresh your services on our servers.

Please allow up to six hours for your device to connect, then reset your Sure Signal to complete the process.

If you need any further help, please let us know.

Thank you, unfortunately nothing has changed.

I did a restore by holding the button down for 5 seconds and then tried it for the 10 second restore, but neither has worked.

Any other suggestions?

That fixed it, not sure how but the original cable has been damaged.

Should have started with the basics, apologies and thank you
