Vodafone sure signal Suspended

My sure signal box has been suspended due to inactivity. Customer care are telling me there is no way to re-register the sure signal box. The only thing i can do is buy another one????? I've already bought one, and if someone had told me it would become suspended i would have left it plugged in. Now i'm expected to pay for another one? not happening!

Hi EmmaChillman, 

Sure Signals are intended to remain connected and so they do deactivate after long periods of inactivity.  

This can be seen in the terms and conditions.
