Hi there
I have had the sure signal running no problems for 6 months. Serial no 40114505650

Now I only get a solid red power light.

When I reset the device both system and handset lights flash on quickly then go out. Then they both flash for 5 minutes and stop. That's it. It does nothing else and at any point it does not push out a signal

Please let me know if the unit is any good

Regards

The unit is now working. Turns out a new belkin router that was added to my home network was the cause of the problem. I changed it with a linksys one and the sure signal came back online staight away.

Any help would be great.

Hi Luke,

There seems to be some info missing from your traceroute, are oyu able to rerun it for me?

I can see that you de-registered and re-registered your unit yesterday and it hit our servers at 8:17 last night so it should be fine.

I've forced a resynch for you now, can you reset the box again and let me know how you get on when you post your traceroute back on?

Paul

i have reset unit again, here is traceroute

Hi Lukeski99,

Thanks for getting back to us.

I’ve taken a look at this and you said above that your upload is 0.20mbps however this needs to be a minimum of 0.30mbps.

You’ll need to speak with your ISP regarding this.

Thanks,

Jenny
