Vodafone Sure Signal

Hi

I recently upgraded my really unsmart nokia to a new smart Samsung phone with VF on a new 24 month contract.

The problem is that the VF signal around my home is very poor (MK182FG) and I can only just get phone signal, but not 3G. Therefore I can't use my phone properly at home.

A couple of days ago I had a nice lady from VF call me up  asking how I was finding my new phone etc and if VF could help me in any other way in relation to my new phone/contract. She went on to explain that the way round my problem was a sure signal box thingy and that I could have one free of charge. At the time I said no thanks, but on hind site I really think that this is the only way round my lack of signal at home.

Therefore my question is how do I go about and where do I order/ask for one of these sure signal box's.

very good in theory, but the system is VERY unreliable. Better to change to a network with a good signal, if there is one. My SS box worked fairly well to begin with, but some days, especially Saturdays, it is out all day. I then have no signal of any sort. I should have stuck with the poor O2 signal rather than crap Voda box.

I have a sure signal and it works perfectly. In the last 12 months I believe it stopped working once for about 2hours. 

If you are having trouble it is more likely to be your ISP that is the cause than Vodafone.

Can you tell me how long it takes to receive a sure signal box? The lady that called me from VF said it would arrive in 4 working days........it has not arrived and I am still waiting.

If someone from the techteam could let me know or give me a call I would appreciate it.

don't bother with a sure signal box they are not working since the last firmware update back in june.
