Whitelist entries required for ISP

We've had a number of issues with our broadband customers not being able to connect their SS boxes to the Vodafone service, this has been resolved by adding their IP to your whitelist. Could you please add all of our RIPE IP assignments to your whitelist to fix this for all of our IPs? They are

 

109.68.12.0/22

185.14.212.0/22

Great news, thanks Rodney.

So does that mean that all of us who are unable to connect Suresignal boxes ( in my case  since  Jan. 1st) can now do so?....or do I still have a  useless  mobile phone...supplied  by Vodaphone of course...who I notice are STILL  collecting  their  monthly fee....for what service  I would like to know !!
