I'm not computer literate,never profess to be but...

Got a Sure Signal V3 yesterday. Registered perfectly and sat and waited for the flashing first (red light) to do something different. And waited. Then checked to see if power and internet transfer lights undeneath were lit. Nope, not one LED. So I unplugged my Sonos router/port cable and tried that. Success! Both LEDs doing their thing. Slappa my thigh etc.

Am now looking at a solid red light (first/power light) and a glowing-#####-flashing internet light (second light). What should I expect next to finally get a signal of sorts?

Whoaaaaaa... please ignore my first email - the lord hath looked upon me and granted me the correct lights on the Sure Signal device and five (yes five) full bars of Vodafone connection to my mobile phone. I am truly surprised, nay amazed, that this happened.

However, will Vodafone replace the Ethernet cable that was supplied and failed to work?
