I got a new SS for use in my workplace, registered and set up onMonday of this week and after about an hour it worked fine....till today
The system light started to flash and i lost all 3G signal. This was at 10 am this morning and now at 5 PM it is still flashing and i have no 3G signal. I need this because i work in a metal clad building in a poor signal area.

If this is still an issue for you please can you provide your devices serial number.
There has also been some maintenance this week, please could you perform a factory reset of the device and let us know how you get on.
