awaiting a call

Im currently awaiting a call fromvodafone to make payment for my second sure signal, its been about an hour now, i dont understand why i couldnt just pay for it there and then over the phone?

maybe there was a system problem???

 

maybe you've not been called because the system problem is still there???

 

why dont you call them back and pay?

Just called them back, spoke to a foreign lady who informed the line to make a payment is closed until Tuesday
