Hi there.

What flavour blackberry is it that you have?

I know one of the models (8520 seems to ring a bell) is not a 3G model and will not be able to use the suresignal,

EDIT- Just re-read the title, and see it's a Bold, so that should be fine 3G wise... Just check 3G and 2G is selected in the Mobile Network options.

Other than that it may just need a poke from vodafone and some new software sending to it as it's moved location and may be confused.

Do you have the device's serial number so when the forum team get to your question, they know what device to look at.

Thanks, its set for 2g and 3g automatic selection but it does nt want to work lol just my luck.

The serial number is 21223121738 for the intelligent techy guys :Smiling:

Any assistance welcome :Smiling:

Your IP address is on our whitelist, so no problems there either.

I’ve replied to your other post here asking your to do a factory reset.
