hi dave, still wont work, looking at the forum it seems a commion problem, texts ok incoming calls ok, outgoing calls fail.
all was fine before changing provider so seems like a setting somewhere?

Hi rugycat,
Your line speed isn't the fastest and at times this may cause issues with your connection.
If anyone else is using their phone through the Sure Signal at the time you attempt to make a call. you will most likely see it fail.
Your connection as it is simply cannot support more than one call at a time. I'd recommend speaking with BT to try and see if they can boost your speed.

speed isnt the issue it is better now than it was before we changed supplier and never had a problem before. also if you look at the forum people with higher line speeds have exactly the same issue.
only one person uses it at any one time.
its obviously a technical issue that vodaphone cant solve.
