Because bt are providing the broadband not the mobile contract, that is Vodafone as always. Is that clear enough?

Hi rugycat,

Your upload speed is on the minimum we require, so if there’s several mobile users connected to the Sure Signal at one time, this may be affecting it.

If you’ve any other devices using the same internet connection, please turn them off to test if this works.

Please speak to your internet provider regarding your internet speeds.

Thanks,

Gemma

calls are rec ieved ok and texts go both ways, just cant do outgoing calls. it was fine on orange broadband but the switch to BT stopped it working.

Hi rugycat,

Please speak to BT regarding your internet speeds.

Also test making a call, when no other devices are using the internet and no other mobile users are trying to use the Sure Signal.

Thanks,

Gemma

hi, have tried that and it still doesnt work.

the speed is the same as it was with orange my previous supplier.

when i do the factory reset and plug the power lead back in i dont get three solid lights despite waiting a long time, as i understand it i should keep the reset button pressed untill i get these solid lights but it doesnt happen, is this a fault?

Hi rugycat.

I can see that you connected yesterday, are you still having issues?

Please can you advise me what lights you are seeing?

To reset the device:

-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.

I've resynched the device to clear any faults that may have been present.
