cannot connect to Sure Signal v3 after updating to iOS 8.4

Hello,

 

I have been using my Sure Signal v3 without issue for several months.

 

Around the time I updated my iphone 6 to iOS 8.4 (a week ago I think), my phone has failed to connect to the SS ever since.

 

Lights 1, 2 and 3 are on and solid (as per usual). I have tried everything:

 

1. Reset my phone, changed from 3G to 4G to 2G, forced phone to connect to another network before reselecting vodafone in carrier settings etc.

2. Reset my SS.

3. Deregistered the SS and then re-registered it.

 

Still not connecting. I use BT infinity and everything with my broadband has been fine, no change.

@amt2010 - I can see the reregistration has been done on the morning of the 7 July this can take up to 24 hours for the Vodafone Sure Signal to reconnect.

 

We can see that it’s made a connection to the Vodafone network later in the evening.

 

Can you let us know the issue has sorted it’s self out and if it’s ongoing, let us know the light sequence that you can see.
