de register sure signal box

I need to De register my sure signal box as my contract has now finished and it is being given to another vodafone user 

please can anybody help ?

I take it you didn't deregister your device before your contract with Vodafone ended?  If not, don't worry, one of the eForum Team will be able to assist you.  They will be along in about 24 - 48 hours to send you detailed instructions on how to get in touch.

No I didnt know anything about un registering the thing - I just assumed it would work on any vodafone
